Ammy Virk recently announced their upcoming film Kudi Haryane Val Di, which promises to be a cross-cultural Punjabi and Haryanvi entertainer filled with drama and love. In a conversation with Indian Express, Sonam Bajwa shared insights about the film: “It is about two worlds colliding, Punjab and Haryana. There’s family drama, romance, wrestling, comedy, and fun. A Punjabi guy falls in love with a Haryanvi girl. The guy doesn’t like wrestling, but the girl does. The story is all about how they meet, their families, and their journey of finding love and making it work in the end.”
In the song, Sonam Bajwa dons traditional Haryanvi attire while Ammy Virk is seen performing Bhangra. The song revolves around Ammy’s character trying to make amends with Sonam’s character, asking, “Kedhi galo chann Mera russeya?” (Why is my moon upset with me?).
