The much-awaited movie ‘Tiger 3’ is set to hit screens on Sunday, November 12, creating buzz and anticipation among movie buffs. Starring Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Emraan Hashmi, the film marks its presence within the beloved YRF Spy Universe, further intensifying the excitement with Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan character. In a noteworthy crossover, Salman Khan’s Tiger had previously made an impactful cameo in Pathaan (2023). The recent revelation that Hrithik Roshan’s Kabir character from War (2019) will also make an appearance in ‘Tiger 3’ has heightened the movie’s allure.
The sequence featuring Hrithik Roshan was filmed at Mumbai’s Yash Raj Studios just recently on Saturday, November 4. Sources close to the production revealed Hrithik’s enthusiasm for reprising the role of Kabir, hinting at an exciting addition to the film’s storyline.
However, due to this late addition, the producers, Yash Raj Films, found themselves having to seek approval from the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) once more. The post-censorship process had concluded on October 27, and on November 6, the CBFC took necessary actions to approve the additional scene. Consequently, ‘Tiger 3’ expanded in duration from 2 hours and 33 minutes to 156 minutes (2 hours 36 minutes).
